It is frustrating when your Samsung S23 switches from silent to ringtone mode after a call made or call received..
Is any one facing this issue?
Is there any solution?

Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app and Samsung will fix it in the next update. To do that follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

If you find this helpful I'd appreciate it if you could Accept it as a solution Thank you 😊
