Service Centers in Delhi charging different amount for changing s10+ screen

Hi has anyone else experienced this that every Samsung service center quotes a different price for repair and even the Samsung customer care center is not able to provide the exclaim amount. 

I wanted to get my s10+ screen repaired .. I called 3 service centers in Delhi and all 3 gave me a different quote for repair amount starting from 15800 to 17900 this is just insane didn't expect such kind non sense from a brand like samsung.

Around 15k for Display with gst(if it is 18%). Other charges must be service charges. 15.8k is reasonable.
Are those service centers authorized by Samsung?

yes all of them are authorized I took the details from Samsung website .. although the price should be 15400 but every vendor is quoting different price. its just stupid

some are telling only screen cost
some are adding labour cost
some are adding tax

the cost that I mentioned is including everything screen cost+gst+labor cost 🤷‍♂️ and every service center has quoted me different price which also not final they said.. pretty strange
