Serious camera issue with S24 Ultra. Camera buzzing on video

Whenever trying to record a video while moving the phone there is a buzzing noise that cause the camera to shake and buzz. I looked and its a global issue with alot of the devices. This is really disappointing. How can we fix this? We can't even shoot a normal video. I tried 6 other phones of my friends here in the same country and it have the same issue

Few users reported this. It's a hardware problem. If you are living in Dubai, visit the Samsung service center at Dubai mall.

I live in Abu dhabi i will give them a visit today. Funny thing i was in dubai yesterday. I checked my friends phone. And it does the same but less intense. But it does it. When phone tilts while its on video mode. You don't even need to record it shows directly

Same with s24 plus . Camera image quality is also bad compared to s23 . Check twitter , this is now a wide spread issue and is trending.samsung really did make a mess this time with optimization

yes, my s24 ultra also brings so much noise in photo it looks like zoomed picture of low end  mobile even at 1x mode. while taking video colors are vibrant but images are pixelated.

we can't accept this is occur in samsung flagship model. Please review and make necessary update to fix it.
