My friend recently lost his phone and he can't find it because theif turned off his phone. So, i went over to my mobile settings and i can't find require password to power off the device option in my s23 Ultra.
Do you guys know any solution for this type of issues?
Does he have a Samsung account? Did he turn on Offline tracking? If both are fulfilled, only then you can track it when switched off. If your friend didn't do so, no offense but he's idiotic to be honest.
Or tell your friend to check the phone on Find My Mobile until the thief switches it on. Tell him to take screenshots of his location so that even if he switches it off, the location is known.
As per your concern, we want to inform you if you lost your device, at first you can submit an FIR at your nearest police station. Call your service provider from a different mobile phone or visit the service provider store to block your sim card services.
