After recent November security patch update, my S24 ultra doesnt ask for password before switching off (even with Lock network and security turned on), which in my view is a potential threat of phone being stolen and turned off. Please enable this feature which will not let anyone turn off the phone after stealing and shall require a password or fingerprint

It will ask for password only when your phone is locked.

Make sure your phone is on lock screen.

If you have your face unlock setup in your device, there is a chance that it gets unlocked.

It's working on my device A33 5g

The device is functioning satisfactorily. I have verified the "turn off and restart" feature with the device locked condition, and attempted to activate Bluetooth and WiFi when the device was locked. It requested the password, fingerprint, and face.
