Secure folder

Secure folder is not working in my Samsung Galaxy s24 5G. 

Query-Security policy prevents the installation of secure folder.

Plz solve this query

Do you know how to take remote support from Samsung customer care?

I have tried and I also visited service center & Samsung customer support.


In Samsung support, one officer said that go to service center,
And another officer said that secure folder has been disabled from galaxy devices

Continue 3 mahin se h problem, mene socha update aayega tab chalega me kafi bar update kr chuka lekin nahi chala

Ohk....aapne mobile kabi reset kiya tha....aur aap jab mobile shop se liye to kya seal thi mobile ya khuli huyi thi??

Seal packed tha ,mere jankar tha dukan wala 6 sal se wahi se Samsung mobile upgrade kr raha hu har sal new leta hu S series kabhi Esa nahi hua

Do you purchased your mobile on Samsung finance plas?
In case if you purchase on Samsung finance plas and you paid your emi late in any month then Samsung security system restrict and disable secure folder ....and problem automatically solve after you paid your all emi...means when you will pay your all emi your secure folder automatically enabled.
