I backed up my secure folder to samsung cloud before factory resetting my phone. After logging again to secure folder it shows last backed up date correctly but when I open restore it says no back up data with some unknown error occured pop-up. When I go to delete backup ,even there no backed up data is shown. Any one faced this issue and any solution?
