Hi
I own a galaxy s22 ultra (DOP 2022) today I was taking a backup of my videos and photos to my hard drive by connecting both devices to my laptop
By mistake I deleted a folder containing 2k+ photos and videos from my phone folder via the computer command (clicked on yes when it asked if I want to permanently delete the folder and i immediately canceled it too but still the folder got deleted)

Need the communities help and suggestions on how I can restore my files.
I don't have any backup or sync for my photos and videos.
I checked the recycle bin too and none of those deleted items were there
I also tried searching for the deleted items via Dr fone and ulta android from my desktop but I can't see those deleted items

I have literally cried for an hour before I come to post this plea of help here.

Check in Recycle bin, if not there then no chance to get back those photo.😊

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we would like to inform you that it is possible to restore your data if you have previously set up data backup on your device before removing or replacing it.

Since you mentioned that you did not receive any data back, it seems you may not have a backup from which to restore. If this is the case, unfortunately, we may not be able to assist further in retrieving your data.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or if there's anything else we can help you with.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
