Second Green line on my S23

Hello @SamsungIndia, I’m facing a green line issue on my Galaxy S23, which appeared suddenly without any physical damage.. Unfortunately, I’ve now noticed a second green line forming on my screen, and I’m extremely concerned that this will continue to spread. My device is still relatively new and well taken care of. It’s disappointing to face such a hardware issue on a premium flagship phone. I kindly request Samsung to extend the free screen replacement policy to Galaxy S23 series users as well, just like it has for other models like the S20, S21, and S22 Ultra. Please look into this issue urgently, as more users are reporting the same problem every day. I would really appreciate your support.

Samsung will not help you at all

Warranty validity will be inquired

Physical damage details will be asked and inspected

Scratches and dents will be noted

Thereafter screen change option will be provided which will make a pretty big bill

This is not samsung now it's turned into scamsung so you have to face such circumstances

Better go and ask from service centre saying that there is not damage suddenly turned into like this if they not accept complaint to consumer court may be a little chances of getting free service

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
