Screen text jitter/shake when scrolling

Does anybody face text jitter/shake when scrolling? The video in the post is edited at 1/8 speed. You can clearly see the text jitter.


I am unsure now if I have a defective unit or its a software issue. I have the latest update installed (March 01 patch).


I did a factory reset and that didn't help one bit. It is still there and it is very irritating to my eyes.


I also notice the text in an app shake/jitter a but when I minimize and reopen apps from recent apps screen.


Turning touch sensitivity on/off does not change anything.
