my recently purchased S7 edge ( 3 weeks ago) fall down from 30 cm above the floor. surprisingly, the screen was completely damaged and now Samsung is asking for 950 Dirhams to fix it !!!! while the phone cost was 2000 Dirhams !!!!!!
sorry to hear that, but it's actually very cheap!!! usually replacing the lcd cost about 80% of the price of the phone. all mobile phone these days are disposable... consider buying insurance next time. 950aed is the same price Samsung charges all over the world. not cheap! on alibaba a cheap replacement lcd cost more. so with labor and waterproofing, Samsung doesn't look so bad and you keep your warranty. money well spent.
