Screen off memo pin option is missing

In s22 ultra screen off memo pining option is missing. Earlier it was there in top right corner to pin the screen off memo and get back where it left out even after keep the spen back and screen is unlocked. Is there any settings to get it back? Without that after every writing session it open new note page.

Ok now i got it. Actually in my phone power saving mode is on which disabled the always on display so the screen off memo 'pin on always on display' option is also get disabled.

Now i want to know can we resume the same screen off memo after spen inserted back in phone and then take off to continue writing same note. At current every time a new page is appear when try to take screen off memo which creates alots of individual notes of same topic or points.
