Restart the phone. If not working than do Factory reset (before do that backup your data). If not working at all than go to Samsung authorised service center.

I'm having the same issue since last update, like a week ago or so. Screen flickering and a white overlay than comes and go for no apparent reason. Tried disabling auto-brightness, restart phone, wipe cache partition ,to no avail. It's like a software glitch introduced with said update.
Hope they give a solution soon, it is so annoying.
