Screen Mirror Issue in Android 11

Hello, I have recently updated my s20+ to android 11 and got Sony 9000H 55 inch tv where I am not able to screen mirror using smart view. 

Is anyone else facing the same issue and got it resolved or if anyone aware of the resolution, please do let me know.

how you can ... smart view option removed in android 11 ...but don't worry you have dex feature...use it

oh wasnt aware of it.. still smart view app is showing in mobile. No prob, will use dex feature. thanks

I have both feature... but i prefer dex

its not even detecting the TV in dex as well..

it's because you are trying to connect with Sony and Sony most of models highly incompatible with Samsung

no actually i have another note9 where i am able to screen mirror. this could happen only bcoz android 10 is there and in s20+ i have 11. Called sony centre and got to know in 9000h model, screen mirror isnt there. only chrome cast can happen with the apps where it is applicable to almost all apps. my main concern was to connect some entertainment apps and movies on phone which can be done by casting vlc app.. so all is sorted now .. thanks for the help 👍🏻

bro one check compatible models with work with s20+ dex

didnt find any article which specifically tells which tv models it supports. Simply they say to open screen mirroring option on tv where 9000h model dsnt support except chrome cast feature. if u get to know how to connect dex to sony 559000H model.. let me know.
