I'm having the same problem on s9,is it a hardware or a software issue. This happens atleast once in 20 times when I unlock the phone and goes back to normal.

I have this issue also with my note 9. I just did the new update and it still hasn't fixed it. I'm thinking of taking legal action due we have strong laws in australia due to this. A phone that has never been damaged and cost 1 thousand should last more then 3 years...
