I am facing multiple privacy issues with Secure Folder after recent updates:
1. Secure Folder appears in search suggestions even when I type random or unrelated letters. It should only appear when typing the correct starting letter.
Even after renaming it (from “Document” to “Android”), searching the old name “Document” still shows it. Old indexing data is not cleared.
2. Typing “Secure Folder” directly also shows it in search results, even when it is hidden.
Secure Folder is no longer completely hidden from search, which defeats its privacy purpose.
3. After the January 2026 update, Secure Folder depends on device lock screen. If I remove the phone lock, Secure Folder cannot be used properly. It should work independently with its own lock.
4. Secure Folder doesn't get locked immediately after exiting out of the app. Only if the screen gets off then it gets locked.
Earlier (December 2025), Secure Folder was fully hidden from search and worked independently. Please restore that level of privacy and control.
