Samsung wallet not working

I bought S25 ultra from UAE dubai and I am using the phone in India and samsung wallet is not available on my phone... I am not able to install it as well...what to do?

You have to change the CSC of your device to INS CSC otherwise you won't get many features. You can search Google for the process.
