Samsung themes unable to download

hi i am having trouble in downloading samsung themes, as whenever i go for downloading samsung themes its say ------ Unable to download in show button Shapes.....!
plz help me wat to do?

then just disable show button shapes option by going to... accessibility > vision > show button shapes
