Samsung Turkey Service returned my faulty s23 phone without doing anything. . I bought the phone 1 week ago. A POWER PROBLEM was detected during the service check. The service noticed these. noted them and sent the phone for check-up. after 3 days,they said there was no fault and gave the phone back to me. My problem continues and they are not helping me. The phone is getting hot enough to burn even after 2 minutes of use. The battery is literally melting. The phone has a hardware fault and I want a support. Samsung Turkey service is not helping me.

Usually in situation like yours Twitter/X is the best weapon against the brand. They respond positively when they're called out publicly. Make a post, tag Samsung Turkey and Samsung global and share this job sheet as well. Hopefully that should get things moving.
