Green Line Issue on My Galaxy S21 Ultra – Need Help!

Hello Samsung Members, 

I am facing a strange issue with my Galaxy S21 Ultra. Recently, a green line appeared on the display without any physical damage or mishandling. After doing some research, I found that this problem has affected many other users as well. 

I don’t have the original purchase bill, As it is been 3 years since I purchased it, I tried everything and I contacted customer care manytimes, they didn't help me out. Can't Samsung service centers verify the issue using the phone's IMEI number or activation date? 

If anyone has experienced this problem, I would appreciate your advice on how to get it resolved. Does Samsung provide free repairs or replacements for this known issue ?
 
For samsung I would say only one thing that, this is not the way how you treat your users, my mobile doesn't have any scratches or dents, I have original box with me, how could I arrange a bill of a 3 years old mobile, Upto now iam a big fan of Samsung as everything in my home that I bought is from samsung.

You can try contacting the shop as they have printed the bill. You can chk when u made payment and will the payment id they can verify. As it's above a lakh i am sure you must have used any online payment. You can try requesting the shop owner to help u with this they might agree Hopefully it gets resolved. I have s24 plus i am worried le to liaa aaisa na ho 3-4 years it comes with the same issue

I tried, But the thing is, it is a gifted mobile for me by my uncle who actually lives in US, I even contacted him to provide me the invoice but he was unable to do so.....

As s21 ultra is in the screen replacement you can ask them to review it just try to convince them as there is zero dent soo it should be no problem

Review, physical inspection and job sheet everything is over, iam struck at the bill level, I don't know what to do, as they are saying that u need a bill for further processing of your service request

Bhai, Maine bola tha unhone job sheet bhi prepare Kiya, physical inspection bhi kiya sobkuch ok thaa but aab keherahe hai ki hame bill bhi provide karo varna aage process nahi karenge....
