Samsung is not taking responsibility.
Customer service executive are saying 3rd party app issues, but lockscreen and secure folder are not 3rd party applications but Samsung's own..

Secure folder and other apps shows this problem even if face unlock is off. Lockscreen issue is very random so can't really say when it happens and when not, but my phone is not locked in the first place here and anyways samsung needs to fix this as even if it were happening due to fingerprint or face unlock, not using the functionality/feature is not the solution.

If its under warranty they will fix better to visit service center and if out of warranty you will have to pay for the service.
