Samsung s9+ camera issue with whatsapp

Hi I have an issue with my Samsung s9+ in whatsapp and instagram when I take a picture or make video with the flash the photo will be pitch black or sometimes wrong timing for the flash but in the stock camera app or snapchat or twitter there is no issues
