I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing rapid battery drain on your Galaxy S25 Ultra following the March security update. This issue has been reported by other users as well. Here are some steps you can take to address the problem:

Optimize Battery Usage: Navigate to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > Background Usage Limits. Enable 'Put unused apps to sleep' and manually add apps that you don't frequently use to the 'Sleeping apps' list. This will prevent them from running in the background and consuming battery.

Monitor App Consumption: Check which apps are consuming the most battery by going to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > Usage since last full charge. If you identify any app with unusually high consumption, consider updating, restricting background activity, or uninstalling it.

Adjust Display Settings: Lowering your screen brightness and reducing the screen timeout duration can help conserve battery life. Additionally, setting the screen refresh rate to a lower setting can also be beneficial.

Disable Unnecessary Features: Turn off features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS when they are not in use. Also, disabling 'Always On Display' can contribute to better battery performance.

Update Apps and System Software: Ensure all your apps are updated to their latest versions, as developers often release optimizations for new system updates. Similarly, keep an eye out for any further system updates from Samsung that might address battery performance issues.

Wipe Cache Partition: Sometimes, residual cache from the previous system version can cause performance issues. To wipe the cache partition:

Turn off your device. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears. Use the volume buttons to navigate to 'Wipe Cache Partition' and confirm with the Power button. Once done, select 'Reboot system now.'

Battery Guardian: Consider downloading Samsung's Good Guardians app, specifically the Battery Guardian module. It provides detailed insights into battery usage and offers optimization suggestions.

If, after trying these steps, the battery drain issue persists, it might be beneficial to contact Samsung Support or visit a service center for further assistance.
