Samsung s25 poor camera performance

My Samsung s25 is very poor at processing images. It looks like an oil painting with no detailing. Is that the software issue or any other issue? Is anyone facing the same problem?

We request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the same images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. waiting for uncertain software updates that may or may not fully resolve the problem. As a premium product, we expecte better from the start, not ongoing issues requiring uncertain software fixes.

It clearly shows inadequate testing before launching and many costumer are experiencing similar issues, which speaks volumes about the product's readiness for the market.

Those who are still in return policy time frame consider return, don't have false hope regarding software update
