Check your mobile network settings.
On your device, navigate to and open Settings, tap Connections, and then tap Mobile networks.
- Select your network mode.
Tap Network mode, and then select your desired mode.

- Reset network settings.
Open Settings and then tap General management.
Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings.
Tap Reset settings. You will prompted to enter your PIN or password to continue if you have one set.
Finally, tap Reset. You can now test your mobile connection.

If you continue to lose your mobile network connection or if it continues to disconnect, please visit a Samsung service center.
