Galaxy Smy suggestions:
1) Try to turn it on in safe mode and update the apps to latest version, make sure clearing one ui app cache every 2 min.
2) Ask the service center to downgrade the software to 6.0
3) Remove sim, and insert it into a alternate phone and use it till mid of may, till that you will receive an software update ( One Ui 7)
