Samsung s22 5g is crashing after one ui 6.1 march update

Hi all, 

I am coming to the community for the first as my samsung s22 5g model SM901E has been crashing a lot after the march update of the one ui 6.1 went to the service center related yo this they formatted my device with binary files but it is again happening i am not able to do anything not even able to browse youtube or instagram for more than an hour coz the device jusg freezes and crashes and restarts

Any guidance will be helpful as this is my primary device with all banking and office related apps

Update from today morning my device has frozen and crashed 9 times

Yes like they are clueless like last time and will be finding faults in my device hardware rather than software problems and we will go round and round with formatting until one of the inevitable happens where my ram gives up or my motherboard so they can charge an insane amount why don't you guys look into the buggy software you guys have provided via binary or via ota as this issue started from the day march update came can't be a coincidence

5 crash logs and 2 freeze log uploaded and still you guys say it maybe hardware I am software engineer and I am disappointed in this customer handling

No one is gonna looking into it, I'm also facing same issue.

my suggestions:
1) Try to turn it on in safe mode and update the apps to latest version, make sure clearing one ui app cache every 2 min.

2) Ask the service center to downgrade the software to 6.0

3) Remove sim, and insert it into a alternate phone and use it till mid of may, till that you will receive an software update ( One Ui 7)
