U didn't get me I think jio using SA technology but no 5G calling feature in India yet thats why when u get a call ur network downgrade to 4g mark it.

No dear I absolutely got your point. SA itself means using same technology for data and voice call. Am a scientist who has been working in this research field since years now, you may check the technical fact sheet of Jio 5gi . Only Jio uses 5G for call and data ,no other network uses this technology in India till now.
Only in one condition Jio's 5G will shift to 4G in your mobile is when the area where you are there ,has weaker 5G coverage than 4G .

Not dear it's not that ,u might have read something but am into the field work myself. Articles are not authentic sources , go for scientific analysis from telecommunications engineering point of view.

Since 5G signals are weaker in penetrating any obstacles therefore for better efficiency they are using combined frequencies. As soon as the 5G coverage gets a boost in the country ,we can get fully evolved voice over 5G. But at the end of the day , call quality matters. VoNR is not that much important as compared to the availability of mmWave 5G service in India ,which is truly the worldclass 5G standard when it comes to data speed.

In the pictures you can see the VoNR (5G calling) capabilities of Jio. Though the countrywide implementation will take time for developing countries like ours where 4G also has not been able to cover entire nation till date.Screenshot_20230705_103804_Chrome.jpgScreenshot_20230705_104318_Call.jpg
