Samsung s21fe automatically switches to 4G from 5G when someone calls.

Is there any solution?

It happens if you are using any 5G sim other than Jio 5G. Only standalone 5G networks support call over 5G along with data. All other networks in India except Jio ,Have non standalone 5G, which means for data they use 5G but for calls they use 4G,3G or 2G.

I'm already using jio sim.. anyways hope the issue will resolve soon...as it's upto the Jio team

Then the coverage of 5G is not strong in your area for which it switches to other signals. As the signal coverage of 5G increases ,it will get resolved.

Airtel doesn't has VoNR as it's Non Standalone 5G network. Jio is way ahead in 5G than airtel. Their's literally no sense to go to airtel...

No 5g calling feature is developed in India yet so in any 5g when anyone got call network automatically switched to 4g.

No you are wrong , only Jio has developed that technology not only in India but also in world, which is known as 5Gi technology. So Jio is having True 5G technology.
