Samsung s10 lite display flickering issue

Out of blue in morning my phone started flickering like brightness is getting dull and then bright

It keeps happening even in safe mode 

Actually I dropped my phone 2 days back 

I don't know is it because of what 

Can any one help me please

Its because of physical damage, you need to contact service centre.

But screen is not damaged and doesn't have a scratch

No, may be there is some lose connection, hope the same display will work. Just show your mobile to some technician.
