I am apprehensive about updating my Galaxy S23 Plus due to recurring post-update issues. I have experienced four instances of problems following updates: twice a green line appeared on the screen, once the UI stacked, and lastly, significant lag was observed. What is the team's process for addressing these issues? Their stated policy of not providing free solutions every time is unacceptable. I believe their focus is solely on profit, neglecting user experience. This is a serious shortcoming for Samsung. #neverbuysamsungdevice

They won't care the customers. In my flip 4 green line appears but they are not replacing the display eventhough it is their fault of updating

A green line unexpectedly appeared on my S23 Ultra while using the March patch update on One UI 6.1, without any software updates being performed. My S23 Ultra is over two years old. I anticipate that the Samsung service center will recommend a costly display replacement.

Samsung's inability to identify the cause and provide a solution for this widespread green line issue is disappointing, especially considering their size and reputation. As a long-time Samsung flagship user (since Gakaxy S1) i feel let down.
