Samsung notes bug/ issue

I have been using Samsung Notes for so long. But I have been facing a bug for some time where I am not able to apply covers to new notes, although I can still edit the covers of notes to which I applied them earlier.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

See here, I am just getting the option to change the cover image of the notes named "RECIPES," which I applied earlier. However, I am not getting that option for other notes (like "SCHEDULE-1") to which I have not applied a cover image. There was an option to apply a cover image using AI.
