Samsung doesn't offer True Android UI.
They tweek true Android ui and give us some enhanced and visually different ui i.e One UI.

If you want True Android UI, you should had bought Pixel devices or Motorola devices instead.

As I said, many companies apply some tweeks in visuals and features to look unique and different from others.

Some use stock android visuals and some tweeks them.

Samsung simply tweeks most of features visually so that it's one ui would look unique.
Not a big deal tbh.

Notifications visuals and lock screen widgets visuals totally depends on Brand UI. Google apps would not change the fact that Samsung using it's own visually different widgets.

You can see visually different lock screen widgets of same Google app in different brands' UI.

I think android 13 all major features will be given in Samsung's upcoming S23 series. Then slowly slowly the features will be given to other phones via software updates.

Samsung is offering MANY features that a Google pixel can only dream of, until of course when they finally copy it. (they have already copied many features to Android 12 and 13).

Now, if you want a stock Android experience, better buy a Google Pixel or Moto phone.
