Samsung network storage manager is not working..

When I try to click the network storage/ file  manager,  the galaxy store stops working.  It can't open the network storage manager app in the galaxy store app. Which is needed in order to use network storage in my file. S20 fe 5g.

MY FILES > SETTINGS > ALLOWS MOBILE DATA USAGE > ENABLE OPTION

NOW AGAIN CHECK STILL PROBLEM??

AND AGAIN UPDATE APP TO LATEST VERSION
