S secure is outdated now at this point. We should request it to samsung to offer us some manufacturers official app For app lock.

Yes it is frustrating but wait the android 13 will arrive with the option to turn off the phantom process killer, go to developer option>features flags. Now it's experimental. But there you will get the option, at least that's what XDA is saying. BTW...
