Samsung miss this useful feature.

I have been a xiaomi costumer for past 7 Years before purchasing S23. I miss the option to restric app from using mobile data. cause in UAE mobile data is too expensive and needs to avoid accidental usage of mobile data by high consumption app such as instagram or tiktok. Data saver and background data restriction will not do this..all other android mobiles havw this feature

Don't worry you have an option

Go to settings- connections-Data usage-allowed networks for apps

In this, modify the applications you wish to disable mobile data, switch them to wifi only.

So this all only works with wifi

Brother my software is Android 13 One UI 5.1, i cannot find option like allowed network for apps

I'm using same version, I do found the option with S22 so sure it should be in s23

I had check with samsung team but no reply, this is a big miss when i came from xiaomi
