After the keyboard update, near the space bar, I used to have a comma(,) key and I use it more. Now it has been replaced with - key. Can we rearrange it?

Install the keyscafe module of Goodlock app. Then you can arrange the order, size, etc of the keys in whatever way you want.

1. Open keyboard
2. Long touch - key for a while untill a menu appears
3. Tap on the pen like icon
4. Tap on the symbol you want to replace with - .
Please try once.
Because may not work for you , due to different versions of keyboards.
