Display refresh rate never goes down below 24 hz even on AOD. What about the 1hz claim by Samsung? Also, videos on all the OTT sites like amazon prime, disney hotstar, netflix lag/ jitter/ stutter.

Lowest refresh rate on S22 and S22+ is 24Hz as there's no LTPO display. It's only for S22 Ultra if I remember correctly. I never faced that lag/jitter/stutter issue.

Nope. Samsung corrected themselves after XDA pointed it out.
But all that is irrelevant, because I'm using S22 plus on 60Hz since a week and scrolling is still buttery smooth. I can't find a reason to use 120Hz.
Maybe because of Beta 5.0.
