Samsung is reportedly working to start the One UI 6.1 rollout for older Galaxy smartphones, which will bring new features and improvements to the user interface and performance. The update is expected to roll out this month for some of the flagship devices, including the Galaxy S23 series.

According to a tweet by @Tarunvats, One UI 6.1 testing is underway for the Galaxy S23 series with firmware version S918BXXU3CXB5, which is upgraded from CXB4. The testing is going on in India and Europe, suggesting that the update is close to being released.

One UI 6.1 will include some Galaxy AI features, which will enhance the artificial intelligence capabilities of the Galaxy devices. The update will reportedly be released this month for Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphones, as well as Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 foldable phones.

However, Samsung has not yet released any official information on when it will make the One UI 6.1 update available for other Galaxy devices. Stay tuned to get more details.

Samsung should have a beta program like Google has for pixel phones and any one that want to try and test the beta versions could enroll and jump in with their phone wherever it is and not just a few selected countries.
