Samsung health monitor applications error - Does not support at your location

While using Samsung health monitor app for ECG and BP monitor, it says does not support at your location. 

I visited service center and they confirmed watch is not having any issues. I tried formatting my phone but it does not help.

Is anyone else facing similar issue?

We also request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Thanks for your response.

I have already sent error logs and just came to know that, Mobile, i am using the Saudi Arabia model, and due to that, the Samsung health monitor is not working.


I purchased it from Amazon India, and they sold me Imported overseas mobile.

What is work around to use this feature in India?
