Samsung galaxy s23 freezing, restart,switch off issue..

Bought the S23 a week ago. From day one, I have been facing issues like the phone freezing for a few minutes and then switching off. I have had to soft reset it to restart. Sometimes, it switches off automatically or restarts. Is any other S23 user facing the same issue? Is there any fix for this? I went to the service center yesterday, but I am still facing the issue. In the last seven days, the phone has restarted, frozen, and switched off 14-15 times.

I think you should go to samsung Store and check that phone. If it has major issues, they can fix or replace your phone with a new phone

Yes went to service centre yesterday..they said they will update the software which they have to fix this issue..but today again it switched off automatically twice..will again go tomorrow..

You can go again and say that this issue can't be resolved so they can do something. Otherwise, you say get replacement .

That's weird. Even i got my new S23 on 11th may but didn't faced a single issue. My unit is working absolutely fine. I think you should go to service center & get your device replaced...

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I don't know but today my s23 screen froze and restart automatically but after that I didnt feces any proble.
