Samsung galaxy s20 fe update of android 14

Complaint to samsung, that i have perched this phone 1yr ago and, asper the policy you have told customer that you will provide 3 updates on the phone, me and many other samsung s20 fe 5g phone user not getting 3rd update of oneui 6/ android 14.

Why the indain samsung s20 fe phone are still having the android 13 ? Explain this and please provided us the update.

Please, dont do this type of mislead work with you samsung user.

Bro it was launched with android 10 globally. So android 13 was the last major update as per policy

Nothing will happen. Just change your device. This time buy only latest device

First of all, why did you buy S20fe in 2023? Every tech channel and community recommended 21Fe over 20Fe because it was old and won't get software updates further. It was loudly said. S20fe was launched with Android 10 (check GSM arena), Samsung provided updates till Android 13 as promised, I believe you'll still get security updates for another year but that's it. If you want Android 14 simply change the phone, and whatever phone you buy please read about it carefully.

Understood but still buying a phone which is nearing its End of Life is never a good idea. I sold my S20fe in 2023 after using it for over 2 years. See the harsh truth is you're not getting Android 14 on this device, so now either aacept that fact and enjoy the existing OS or get a newer device.
