I am a Samsung Galaxy S22 user and have recently encountered a vertical green line on my display after installing the latest update. I contacted customer service, but their response was unsatisfactory. They seemed to be following a script and were not knowledgeable about the recent issue. Instead, they attempted to blame me for the problem.
 Can anyone from Samsung provide information why this happened?
