For Samsung, the number 7 has repeatedly brought misfortune. The infamous Galaxy Note7 in 2016 suffered from battery explosions, leading to a global recall, brand damage, and billions in losses. Around the same time, production delays further strained operations. Fast forward to today, the delayed release of One UI 7 based on Android 15 is echoing that pattern—causing frustration among loyal users and raising concerns over Samsung's software rollout consistency. What was once seen as a lucky number has become a symbol of setbacks in Samsung's journey.
We would like to inform you that Android 15 (UI 7) will be initially available for the S24 model, scheduled for release around the end of April 2025. Other devices will follow shortly thereafter.
