Green line screen on my Samsung S21 FE Phone

Need your immediate attention on a critical issue that has arisen with my Samsung S21FE (details given below).

- Model: Samsung S21 FE - 8GB/256GB/5G
- Purchase Date: 20 Aug 2023
- Warranty Period: One year (Just out of Warranty)
- Serial Number: R5CW60W5G7K
 

I purchased this device in Aug 2023, and it has been functioning flawlessly. Few days ago, developed a green line appearing on the screen, It is just six months after the warranty period.

Following the completion of this update, a persistent green line appeared on my screen. Despite multiple restarts and basic troubleshooting steps, the issue remains unresolved. I would like to emphasize that there is no physical damage to my device, and I have always handled it with the at most care.

Based on my understanding and reports from other Samsung users, this issue appears to be directly linked to the recent security patch update. As this problem is not due to any fault on my part, I kindly request that Samsung replace the damaged parts free of cost.

Despite numerous phone conversations, my issue remains unresolved, and I am unhappy with the level of service provided.

I trust that Samsung will address this matter promptly and uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
