Samsung Software update

I complained about Android 14 update for my device because it was taking far too long here in South Africa....only to learn it actually takes much longer on other Android devices except Google pixel....I just saw this other brand getting Android 14 just yesterday 😳...Samsung may be slow but is definitely much better than many other Androids

In previous years, the major updates came very quickly, The newer the device the quicker the updates rolled out to you. This year S22 series was by obvious reasons 3rd in line of millions and millions of users that had s23 or 24. So they come first.
I didn't mind waiting at all.

True but I just feel like Samsung South Africa delayed too much last year..because yes the S22 was back in line but some regions hot it before South Africa and other African countries

Yup, this is what they do, all the people wanted was a straight answer: when will the update drop and Samsung just used generic comments that even frustrated me at one point. The lack of communication is what made me frustrated with them.

Same here...it was so frustrating, I promised myself to get an iPhone in future until they work on their software updates roll out

I just downloaded the android 14 update and could not install the update😕

No idea, it just said Not compatible with your device or try to use smart switch

Its the 1st of March and I'm still on the 1 January Security Patch on the S24 Ultra... Get an android they said 🤡

But why? That will always be confusing to me, I mean that's a Flagship..I'm using a midrand the A53 but I already got it..samsung South Africa is just nuts
