SAMSUNG recent software update has screwed up my phone. Vertical Green line appeared which Samsung is saying due to Normal usage. Time to move to another brand. Samsung don't take responsibility for anything

However, kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Kindly restart your device once: To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

Reset your device: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-mobile-how-to-perform-a-factory-res...

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Thanks for your standard reply. I have done steps including visit to service center. You don't accept your fault and asking me to pay for replacing screen which cost Rs 27000. I will never buy again any flagship phones from Samsung.

Hopeless Samsung. They can't properly test software before releasing. Time to boycott Samsung.
