Samsung S9plus working to much slow

Hi sir,
I am using Samsung s9plus, this phone working very slow,mainly network issues and 4g network available but video are buffering at any time ,,,,
This phone compare to moto g4plus in networking and Remaining things,moto g4 better than to s9plus.

One more thing camera also worst. And Bixby also not working clearly. And some phone heated.

I am getting to much problem in s9plus ,pls resolving this issue.

hi bro, please reset your device and then install the apps which are necessary for you. dont install junk apps.

bro install an called pd mdm you can disable lot of boltwares and get the phone working like butter..

In order to resolve the "phone working slow " issue in your device kindly perform quick basic  steps:

1. Check space availability: Settings>Device Care>Storage.
 For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage>Clear Cache.
2. Close Background Applications by tapping on recent key.

To resolve "network problem" issue please follow below given steps:

1. Use device in a different location/network coverage area.
2. Check Network mode and set it to Auto Connect. (Settings >
Connections> Mobile Network> network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > Network mode> Select LTE/3G/2G auto connect)

 

To resolve the "poor quality" issue Kindly follow the given steps below:

1) Poor Image quality may be due to a broken/scratchy lens(check your lens).
2) Check camera lens cleaning.
Note: Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on camera.
3) Reset camera settings: Camera > Settings > Scroll up > Reset settings > Tap on Reset.

 

For having multiple issue kindly check with the :

1) Safe mode: Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
Note : To exit safe mode restart the device .

2)Reset the device: settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
