1. They dont listen to customers
2. Improvement of that is the case why they removed the spen bluetooth with so called 1% usage rate s. C. A. M. My reason
3. They dont follow market trends They follow where the money is and speaking of ai it is not even worth selling a phone with software only what about hardware features instead of getting any hardware update we got downgrade this year with the spen for not having the bluetooth in it

Looking from within members app I noticed S25 is not doing as expected. The reason being
S25 is repackaged S24 with Snap dragon and 50 MP UW.
There was / is nothing to entice a S24 user to switch.
Battery is the same.
S25 is hyped with AI. Not many are convinced and fallen for that AI drum roll.
People wanted a better battery and S Pen BT primarily.
The only face saver was snap dragon was slipped into S24 the base version. Normal users won't feel the difference.
Finally price is not worth the features.

To conclude better buy S24 when it is still available. I read Samsung has stopped S24 and forcing people to go for S25.
