I had been always a heavy user of mobile phones.And like to do different tweaks to the device. Have used Apple, Samsung, Oneplus , Google. Recently i shifted from iphone to Samsung S24 Ultra, was very excited to shift to Samsung for their extraordinary display quality, heard many things about the One Ui, Last used samsung device from Samsung was samsung S8. So thought the Samsung has done remarkable job in catering the new market by providing different experience. Coming from an iphone seems to be fun in the starting as we are able to tweak the whole experience of how we use the device by good lock. The display quality is unmatchable to be honest (coming from a heavy user of every brand phone). But as the time passed i feel like the consistency the Iphone was providing was superior, basically the updates,vibration feedback, the smoothness in each and every tap on the screen, the camera quality(Samsung is also doing tremendous job) but the consistency, Apple always gives what we expect. I know they lack in giving different specs , haven't moved from faceid till now , the dynamic island feels very old. But for the overall experience was up to the mark. It was what everyone needs but as a tech enthusiast i got the Samsung, here i am facing the battery consistency issue, camera quality sometimes feels pathetic For example while clicking photos of documents(paper) the texts seems to be blurred, the vibration motor of 1lakh plus phone feels like **bleep**, speaker quality also lacks the grunt. And the last thing all this beef on the community about the Samsung One Ui 7 feels very **bleep**, they just don't consider the consistency part of providing and retaining the customers. I feel like Samsung is just catering the market by providing some extraordinary features in good lock and some extraordinary display, Promising 7 years of update but providing it whenever they feel like.. Just creating a hype about what they provide but the customer retention part they forgot. I am not going to shift to any other phone or complaining, it is just what i feel like , they should work on providing upto the mark thing and should be faster than the competitor as they are charging 1lakh plus for a device. Customers should ask from the brand if they are paying, customers should expect things not always being a blindfolded fanboy. As we can see apple struggling in recent time, as a Samsung fan i am asking to Samsung where is the consistency..?
100% agree.. it's time that they show some intent.. Just saw few older devices getting green lines on this community.. that's super sad.. For the likes of S21 Ultra green line issue should not be a thing.. How come they never learned a lesson from One Plus's fiasco..

I think currently the innovation and the new features rollout from all the brands are stuck and they don't have anything to bet on, just with the Ai part Samsung has offered every thing they can uptill now , mostly for the new samsung devices new gemini features will be the key highlight. As they have promised 7 years of updates and they cannot differentiate other than just the software part they are delaying the updates for the past phones. Maybe that is the reason they are betting more on s25ultra. Its just my thought!!
Maybe After the update of One ui 7 on all devices all these community talks and beef is going to stop, but this is what the reality is there is no new industry disrupting features any brand has just little bit tweaks in Ai, Ui experience. Just it. So mostly we are going to see small small updates!!
